MARCO FABIAN

Marco Fabián is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Liga MX club Mazatlán . He is an Olympic gold medalist.

Fabián represented the Mexican national team in several youth categories before reaching a full cap with the senior team.  He was part of Mexico’s roster who won the Olympic gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London after defeating Brazil 2-1 in the final.  He spent ten years in the Chivas youth system, including appearances for their affiliate club Tapatio.  In November 2007, Fabián made his professional debut for Guadalajara and is currently loaned out to Cruz Azul for a year.

Fabiánrepresentó a la selección mexicana en varias categorías de juventud antes de llegar a una tapa completa con el equipo senior. Formó parte del plantel de México que ganó la medalla de oro olímpica en los Juegos Olímpicos deLondres 2012 tras vencer a Brasil 2-1 en la final. Pasó diez años en el sistemalos jóvenes Chivas, incluyendo presentaciones para su filial club Tapatio. Ennoviembre de 2007, Fabián hizo su debut profesional de Guadalajara yactualmente es prestado hacia fuera a Cruz Azul durante un año.
